Privacy Policy
The short version: we store what's needed to run LN COMMAND for you — your account, the files you upload, and usage records for billing. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never monetize it. Your files are yours.
1. Scope
This policy covers the LN COMMAND web service (lncommand.com). The LeadNav GPS iOS app is designed to work locally on your device without an account; its data practices are described separately. Connecting the app to LN COMMAND (cloud backup, teams) is your opt-in choice and brings that data under this policy.
2. What we collect
- Account: email address, password (hashed by our auth provider), and your account workspace (on Enterprise multi-seat plans, also seat membership).
- Your content: GPS files (routes, tracks, markers), Trip Packages, and files you upload for processing (e.g., course-note PDFs).
- Assistant messages: your conversations with Juliet, retained to provide session continuity.
- Usage records: per-feature usage and cost metering (used for your credit meter and billing).
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer/subscription references — we never see or store card numbers.
We do not collect your device's live location through LN COMMAND.
3. How we use it
To provide the Service, sync your files, meter and bill usage, prevent abuse, and support you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Not for advertising. No third-party data brokers.

Each receives only what is needed for its function.
5. Retention and deletion
- Your content stays until you delete it or your account.
- On account deletion, your files and personal data are removed within 30 days (backups age out on their own cycle).
- If a Pro license ends, the Juliet assistant's per-user memory is deleted — we keep no assistant memory for non-subscribers.
- Billing records are retained as required by tax law.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit; access is scoped per account and enforced at the database layer; payment data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to headquarters@leadnavsystems.com.
7. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data by contacting us (or using in-app tools where available). California and other state-law rights are honored on request. We don't sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before taking effect.
