How your plan works — the honest version
It's a license for the year
When you buy Entry or Pro, you're licensing LN COMMAND for a year — pay it monthly or all at once, your call. Your price is locked for that whole year no matter what our pricing page says later. If pricing ever changes, it only touches you at renewal, and we'll tell you at least 30 days beforehand.
Most of LN COMMAND doesn't cost credits
Cloud backup of your Trip Packages, organizing your files, the map, and the Trip Planner's standard tools are simply part of your license. Use them all day.
Credits pay for the expensive stuff
A few features cost us real money every time they run — premium map searches backed by commercial data, and (on Pro) Juliet, your AI planning assistant. Those draw from your credits.
Every month, your plan grants you fresh credits. Use what you need.
Whatever you don't use, banks. Your unused credits pile up all license year — that's on purpose. Light months fund your big trips. Plan a whole season in March on credits you banked over the winter.
At the end of your license year the bank resets — and as a thank-you for renewing, up to one month's worth of banked credits rides along into your new year.
Need more? Buy a pack
Credit packs are one-time purchases. They're good for 12 months from the day you buy them — your license-year reset never touches them. The meter always spends your monthly credits first, then your bank, then your packs, so purchased credits are the last to go.
The meter never surprises you
The bar shows this month's allowance. Banked credits show as their own "+N banked" line. If you have a heavy month and blow past the bar, you'll see it start drawing from your bank — no hidden math, no sudden cutoffs. You only ever hit a stop when grant, bank, and packs are all empty, and adding more takes one tap.
Juliet is a Pro thing
Entry gets everything above with a smaller credit grant for premium searches. Pro adds Juliet — the assistant that builds trips, fixes race files, and does the tedious work — plus a much bigger monthly grant to power her.
Changing your mind
Downgrades kick in at your next monthly boundary — you keep what you paid for, and your banked credits ride along. Cancel a monthly plan early and you keep access through the month you paid for, then land on Free; you're never billed for the rest of the year, and your files are never deleted — anything over the smaller plan's limits just waits, safe, until you're back. Annual licenses have a 14-day full-refund window.
